Intended use: Processing of the respective contractual relationship or the pre-contractual relationship concerning the subject matter of the contract (e.g. concerning your software project).

Intended use: Planning, implementation and administration of the (contractual) business relationship between us and the business partner, e.g. in order to involve the business partners in the provision of services to customers of ours and to process orders for products and services.

The data processing activities are generally carried out in Switzerland or within the EU or the EEA. For Switzerland, a level of data protection comparable to EU law applies (EU adequacy decision for Switzerland based on Art. 45 (3) GDPR).


Storage duration
Your data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the data processing is fulfilled. Unless the data is still needed to fulfill tax obligations or legal retention periods. The legal retention period in Switzerland is 10 years in accordance with Art. 957 OR.
